The
Proxy form is used to designate another person to vote on the member's (homeowner) behalf at the Annual Meeting. Elections of officers must be performed at a duly called meeting as stated in the Association's bylaws. According to Roberts Rules of order, regardless if you have a nominating committee, nominations must be taken from the floor of the meeting prior to the election vote. Sending both of these forms with the Annual Meeting notice to your homeowners helps streamline the process to keep the meeting running smoothly.
