What Payments do you accept?

Payment Methods are:

1. Paper Check - by mail (due to USPS delivery delays, please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery of your paper check)

2. Automatic Draft - fill out this form and your account will automatically be drafted on the due date

3. Electronic Check – community website or the My HOA smart phone app with your bank routing number and checking account number

4. Credit Card – community website or the My HOA smart phone app with debit card or credit card; Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express

Please note: online eCheck and Credit Card payments are subject to a convenience fee charged by the payment processor at the time of the transaction. Fees are displayed prior to confirming your online payment. 

5. BillPay – created at your financial institution’s website.  Please see the article on Bill payments before setting this up with your financial institution.
