What do my HOA dues pay for? (I don't see anything getting done around here!)

Usually a large portion of the Assessments (dues) goes towards maintenance of the common areas (mowing, seeding, watering, aerating, trimming hedges). You also pay for watering, some electrical, community newsletter, management company, etc. For a more specific list, you can review your Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and restrictions, or you can get a copy of the current budget from us by making your request in writing to CSR@CommunityAssociationManagement.com.
