The lights in your subdivision are maintained by the power company and not the association or management company. You will find a link on your associations website (under the Contact Us menu)  to report a street light outage. The Power Company typically will respond in 2-3 weeks. You will also need to mark the pole with string or bright colored ribbon so they can locate the light that needs replacement.
