I want to sign up for eStatements, can you tell me how?
Follow the below instructions for either the website or the My HOA app to setup eStatements on your account
Sign up for eStatements from the HOA Website
1. Log into your association Website
2. Navigate to the Account Information menu, and select "My Profile"
3. Locate the "Billing Information" section and click the box beside "Receive eStatements"
4. Click the submit button
NOTE: If you are signed up for Automatic Drafts of your account please do not change to this status. This will cause your ACH to stop drafting.
Sign up for eStatements from the My HOA mobile App
Log into the My HOA App (if you aren't currently logged in)
1. Tap the 'Hamburger' icon in the top left of your screen
2. Tap "My Profile"
3. Scroll down and tap the "Billing Information Menu"
4. tap the box beside "Receive eStatements" and click save
Do I have to receive a paper statement via mail? Are there any other options?
