Once the form is completed and signed, you may submit your form AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS one of four ways:
1. Online - login to your associations website and from the Account Information Menu click on "Submit ARC Request" and follow the directions. (This is the quickest and preferred method.)
2. Email - You may email your form and supporting documents to: ARC@CommunityAssociationManagement.com
3. Fax - You may fax your form and documents to 704-353-7986
4. Mail - You may mail your form and documents to:
