I see someone stopped at my house. Who is this person? I would like to speak to them.

While it can be unsettling to see someone stopped in front of your home. Let us explain who this is and why they're in the community.

In many communities, The Property Management Company  within their contractual agreement with the HOA has someone oversee the aesthetics of the community.

This person is called the Compliance Inspector they're responsible for the enforcement of the community’s covenants by conducting inspections in the neighborhood and surrounding common areas in order to maintain an attractive neighborhood.

Compliance Inspectors, take their photo's from the car and do not encroach an owner's property as it can be considered a form of trespassing.

For that reason this is why they do not knock on your door to speak to homeowners about these issues.

If you receive any kind of violation notice our Resident Services Department can assist you either by email at CSR@communityassociationmanagement.com or by telephone at 704-565-5009.
