We are enforcing that throughout your neighborhood at the direction of your Board of Directors. Most likely your neighbor got a letter as well*. All homeowners in the community are held to the same standards.

When your Board hired us they has asked us to enforce all of the covenants. We are contacting all homeowners with this violation and others. You will need to fill out an ARC application for the item.
LOTS of people in this neighborhood have this issue (basketball goals/commercial vehicles/etc). You can't expect all of us to change.
