I have multiple properties in the same association and another association you manage. Do I need separate website logins for each property?

No.  You may register once, then add additional properties to your profile.  This will allow you to manage all of the properties you own (managed by us) through the same portal.  Please watch the video below for detailed instructions on how to register additional properties.
