I didn't know I had to get pre-approval for my exterior project. I already (1) put up a satellite dish, (2) built a fence, (3) installed a playset, (4) put up a doghouse, etc.. What do I do now?
Any homeowner who finds themselves in this situation needs to immediately submit an application for approval for the project. The application can be found on your community's website under the Document Library and can be submitted directly to Community Association Management.
