I am now divorced/widowed, can you please change my name on the account?

Unfortunately we cannot change your name until the deed for the property has been changed. For legal purposes we must go by what the deed reads.

However we may be able to update the name on the mailing address for your account, so as to prevent any confusion with the postal service and delivery of correspondence related to this account. Please contact us with any further questions.

If your property deed has been updated, you may fax a copy to our office at 704-353-7984 or email a copy to CSR@CommunityAssociationManagement.com and we can update your account.
