How long will it take to obtain Architectural (ARC) approval?
It may take between 30 and 60 days to receive an approval from your Homeowners Association*.
The ARC committee or Board of Directors who approve these requests are volunteers and must balance Association business with their work, family and busy lives. Community Association Management does not have the authority or ability to approve ARC requests, and can not expedite the process. Your patience and understanding is appreciated.
*If your community is still under developer control (meaning there is not a homeowner elected board yet and the community is less than 75% complete) the process can take up to 60 days. We do not have any authority or ability to approve, deny or expedite these requests.
