How do I submit my ARC form?

When logged into your account on the associations website, go to the Account Information menu and select "Submit ARC Request".     On the next screen you will see midway down, New ACC Request, please click on this.  Simply chose the ARC Request you are doing on the next screen and click Browse to attach your ARC form.  If you have any notes to add before you submit please add them in the section “Please provide complete details of your request”.   When done click, “Submit ACC Request”.
