How do I send a blast email to the homeowners?

From the "Administration" menu, select the "Broadcast Emails" option from the drop down menu.

The "Broadcast Email" page appears. Select which group(s) should receive the message.

Select your Association from the Dropdown.

To select multiple Interest Groups, hold down the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard while clicking on each group.

Note

See the "Manage Interest Groups" section of this guide for instructions on how to create new Interest Groups for your community. If a homeowner would like to receive messages sent to Interest Groups, the homeowner must go to their "My Profile" page and select the Interest Group(s) from the list.

Enter a Subject and Body for the email.  You may insert pictures, hyperlinks, change the font, size, style and other properties to customize your message.

Up to 3 files can be attached to the message. Use the Browse buttons to locate the files on your computer and attach them to the message, if applicable.

Upload Multiple Files

To add multiple files to the email, by using the CTRL key or Shift key to multi-select files.  To select a consecutive group of documents, click the first item, press and hold down the shift key and then click the last item. To select non-consecutive documents, press and hold down the Ctrl key, and then click each item you want to select.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Web Users - If you choose "Web Users" from the recipient choices, only registered Website Users will receive these Broadcast Emails. To send to all homeowners with email addresses in our system, select the "Directory" option, then choose "Homeowners" from the drop down.

Sections - Sections are often used to differentiate different sections within the same community - such as communities who have single family and townhomes within the same association. This feature may not be available for communities without sections. Choosing specific sections will send the email to anyone in that section of the community who has an email address, regardless if they are registered for the website.

When the message has been created, click the E-Mail button and it will be sent to members of the selected groups.
