How do I get an Architectural Change Application? How do I go about getting approval?

You may obtain an ARC Application on your community's website under the Document Library. (or click here) To obtain approval, complete the application with all information requested and submit the application to Community Association Management.

Requests usually take between 30 to 60 days* for a decision to be reached by the board or Architectural Committee for your community.

*If your community is still under developer control (Meaning there is not a homeowner elected board, and/or the community is less than 75% complete) the process can take up to 60 days.  We do not have any authority or ability to approve, deny or expedite these requests.
