How do I change my password?
When logged into your account you can change your password by going to the Account Information menu and choosing "My Profile". About midway down on the next screen you will see password and confirm password. Please enter your password into both of these sections and then click submit on the bottom of the screen.

Unfortunately we cannot change your name. For legal purposes we must go by the names on the recorded deed for your home. If you legally change the name on the deed, you can provide us a recorded copy of the new deed and we will be glad to update it.
