How do I add Pictures to the association website?

From the "Manage Content" menu, select "Photo Galleries" from the list.


The Photo Galleries page will appear.

Select your Association from the Dropdown.

Select the Gallery from the directory tree on the left that you wish to add photos to

Click the browse button to locate the picture on your local computer.  Allowable file types are JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG

Once the picture has been selected, click the "Upload" link to upload the photo.

Tip

You may also drag and drop one or more files into the browse area to automatically upload them.

To add a photo title or caption, double click on the photo to view/update its details

Enter the title and/or caption and click "Update Details"

File Size

The maximum file size you may upload is 30mb per image.

IMPORTANT NOTE - BANNER PHOTOS

Please note the size of the picture must be correct for the template you are using, or it will not display at all.

If your site template looks like this - your picture size MUST be: width:980px; height:386px; Resolution : 120 DPI

If your site template looks like this - your picture size MUST be:  width:534px; height:310px Resolution : 120 DPI

If you do not know how to resize your image, you can use a free online service such as: https://imageresize.org
