Do satellite dishes require ARC approval?
MAYBE. Federal law now allows homeowners to install the dishes on Single Family homes and certain Townhomes without ARC approval. However the associations may have preferred locations of where the dishes can be placed. Please check the Architectural Standards and Guidelines for your community (if available) prior to selecting a location.
Condominiums do require prior approval from the association - since the Homeowner does not own the structure.
