Can you change the names that appear in the directory, and on my account to the name i'm known by?
Unfortunately we cannot change your name. For legal purposes we must go by the names on the recorded deed for your home. If you legally change the name on the deed, you can provide us a recorded copy of the new deed and we will be glad to update it.
