Can I put up a fence? Can I build a shed? Can I install a satellite dish? Can I put a doghouse in my yard? Can I build, place or erect any structure that I may want in my yard?
Any exterior modification to your home requires the approval of the ARC Committee.
This includes, but is not limited to installing a fence, outbuilding, satellite dish, play-set, changing the exterior paint color of your home, adding a storm door, building any addition to your home or driveway, or major landscaping changes.
You do NOT need approval from the ARC for improvement projects to the interior of your home, such as new floors, kitchen remodel, etc unless you live in a condominium.
You do not need approval for repairing or restoring an exterior feature to its original appearance (ie. replacing a rotten fence board with one of the same material/color, replacing a dead tree with the same size/type tree, re-painting your front door or shutters with the existing color, etc.)
