Can I make several smaller payments on my assessment rather than pay it all at one time?

No. The entire amount is due on the 1st of the month (in which it comes due) and late by a date determined by your association documents or board. (Usually the 10, 15th or 30th of the month).  If you are past due and having financial difficulties, you may qualify for a payment plan.  Please contact our office to see if you qualify.
