• I have taken care of an issue and the violation is closed. Why does it still show on my account?

  Old violations do not count against a homeowner and  violation cannot be reopened after one calendar year. Old violations cannot be deleted from an account as they remain a record of the Association.

  Absolutely!  Please use the "Report a Violation" from the Contact Us menu on the Associations Website.

• What can I as an owner do if the association is not performing its duties or if other owners violate restrictive covenants or bylaws?
